I am a hobbyist from India.I am new to the forum.So if I commit any mistakes please excuse me.
I am planning to keep Fresh water sting ray ( Motoray 2 nos only and its size will be 5-6" dia.) I have purchased an aquarium ( 7' x 2' x 2' ) to put them Please help me to clarify the following.
1) What type of filtration is required in this tank and how often should I change the water ?
2) Can I put them in a bare bottom tank ? If sand bottom tank is advisable,then should I use small and nice river sand. What would be the thickness of sand bed.
3) Is there any ready made sting ray food available in the market ( Pellets or sticks )
I hope Sting ray experts in the forum will help me to set up my sting ray tank
