we want to move up in tank size ,from 55 to 90-125gal ...our question is this... if we use the same water and filters from the 55 , can we put the fish in right away ..or do we have to wait ..? .. we have 2 oscars .. 8in and 31/2 in ....

Fill the new tank up minus 55g and treat & heat the water to match the 55g tank. Then the day before do a water change in the 55g and let things settle down. next day move as much water to the new tank as you can (without freaking out the fish too much), move the filter, then move the fish. Make sure you have a top of somekind on the new tank, 'cause now they have running room
