heres how my tank is going. i have one life glo bulb (20 watts 6,700k) liquid fertilizer, regular gravel, root tabs. thats it. i just got the 6,700k light today i had a 4,000 light on em for 3 months and they are still doing fine on that. just not amazing results. suprized they're still alive lol. so what im trying to save money for is a dual bulb light fixure, and florite. i have
2 x Nymphoides Aquatica (Banana Plant)
6 x Sagittaria Subulata (Dwarf)
2 x Nesea Pedicellata 'Golden'
1 x Hemianthus Callitrichoides (Potted) (Dwarf Baby Tears)
5 x Dwarf Hairgrass (Eleocharis Acicularis)
2 x Hornwort (Ceratophyllum Demersum)
3 x Cabomba Caroliniana (Cabomba, Green)
on the way not including some amazon swords, java fern, scarlet ludwig, and hornwort i already have. I have a green terror, and a pike cichlid in there as well. tanks doing pretty good. my question is, if i get everything that im talking about. WILL the plants be OK?

are the 6,700k bulbs good for a 29 gallon? what substrate would u recomend for a heavily planted tank
