Ok just wanted to run my setup past a few people and get a opinion of if it all sounds good. Thank You in advance:
135-150 gallon tank
glass tops
48" light strip
Black 6" tile for substrate
black backdrop
(2) Rena XP3's (had marineland tidepool sump, dont want it check for sale)
marineland 400 watt heater
Large piece of sinking driftwood (cant find one right now but still looking)
Homemade stand nothing special it will end up in a wall in next year or so.

looking to make colors pop on fish hence the black...

my biggest concern is filtration and heat...
thanks
Glenn

I might add a second heater in case one fails, but everything else seems fine to me. I am a big fan of the XP3. I run a total of 5 of them. Have gotten into the heaters below lately...the heater fits on the intake tube of the XP3 and the water runs through the middle of the heater and into the filter. The thing I like about them is that A. they turn two unsightly pieces of equipment into one and B. it hides that bright blue tubing that Rena is famous for.

ok fair enough good advice... my last tank setup was a 120 with like 4 heaters... fx5 which i am not a big fan of...so i hear many good things about the xp3s so i figured what the hell...
thanks
