I'm a big fan of vallisneria. Cabomba grows at an incredible rate and oxygenate the water quite a bit, but are now illegal in Belgium, so I don't know about your country (which I assume to be greece?).

This was my first bleheri tank, I can't find my FTS pictures, but you can see how everything is dark because of how many vallisnerias the tank had. Only the front was lightened.

I planted 10 vallisneria, by the time the tank was finished, there were about 30 of them (gigantea!) in a 100 liter tank. I could literally run it without any filtration, and never had to water change (still did some to prevent my white rocks from going green).

Yes i am from Greece yea i was thinking a plant which can grows big and make darker my aquarium. Maybe i ll plant some! Do they need lights or Co2?

Honestly, in a tank not too tall, I've only ever just put a regular enriched substrate with gravel over it, and it's been spreading like algae (while preventing said algae)
