tank shortages?

is it just me not having any luck or is their a shortage on the amount large scale
tanks for sale in the socal area? i use to be able to buy one in a heart beat but
now im still waiting for one and i havent gotten a single pm yet... no luck in finding
one either besides those outrages craiglist setups asking like $1000 for a puny 50g
loll...
