I am at the moment growing on two poly's (ornate and endlechi endlechi) , 2 peacock bass and a florida gar. I realise that this may not be a great combo but i will decide that when they get much bigger.

The question is what would be the minimum (in Imp gallons please) i could get away with. And my main concern is glass thickness as with these giys knocking about surely 10 mm is not enough.

The size in some way could be made up in the combo. In this tank i am thinking poly and bass.

id go with at least 12mm glass.. youll be fine with the polys and bass, not to sure about the gar though.. you could do the polys and bass in a 220gal imo..

Watch the gar. You could be in for a nasty situation. I used to catch them and they are one nasty fish! 12MM should do the trick.
