I believe they grow to around 25 - 30cm.
Males can be aggressive with each other, so it would be best to have a single male and some females.
An aquarium 150cm in length, 45-60 cm in width should be alright. Depending on filtration you could have room for some other fish too. Like Synodontis or Polyeptrus.

I'm assuming that you are referring to Nimbochromis venustus?

If so I agree with Matt, 1 male 4 females would be a good mix, in a 100-125 gallon tank.
