What is a good tank size for a pair of midas/red devil/midevil? Also what are pros and cons of keeping them in pairs as opposed to solo. I have kept solo male in 75 in the past.

Pairing can slow growth down if they breed, obvious aggression issues. I'd say MINIMUM tank size for a pair would be a 6ftx18 125, 6ftx2x2 180 would be much better though
For a pair the cons are they might end up killing each other. Pro is that they getting some companionship and maybe some babies. 125 is good for two of them but they do get above a foot so keep that in mind.
