Hey guys. Well i bought a Sun cat from a local LFS with out looking it up. Smart huh? And the dude said it grew 3-4 inches. So now that i realize it gets pretty big what size tank tank do you guys think i should put it in? Thanks

Suncats are best kept in shoals. I keep my four 9-10"ers in a 125g tank.

They are looking great, Brian. Nice pic, too! Makes me kinda miss my Suncats. They look pretty active. Are they? I never really saw mine.

Thanks all:)

If ya give them a place to hide they will. They are some what active in the evenings but a real active after lights out. Full tank shot below(bottom tank) you can see they're all trying to hide behind the one rock

I guess it would help with no hiding places...lol.

What is that big white fish in the top tank on the way left? That is the sexiest looking fish I've ever seen:D:naughty:

thanks guys! thats perfect because i just picked up two 125's recently. Will they be okay with my SA cichlids? ( Green Terror, Green Severum, Jack Dempsey, Electric Blue Jack Dempsey, Firemouth, Salvini) The cat is bigger than all of them...

Yeah mine have always been kept with large SA/CA cichlids they are tough and fair quite well.
