I found some galvenized steel stock tanks online that are from 7'-10' in diameter. Do you think a tiger muskie would be ok in something like that? BTW its like 2' tall.

Seem too shallow to me and I would avoid anything made of metal, they are not made to hold fish and who knows what they could do to the water chemistry.

You might be able to find something better here, and they are pretty cheap as well.

I would aim for the largest one they got, tiger muskies are very large fish.

That first one is from a lake 10 minutes from my house, Quincy res. Its the state record, but larger fish have been caught and released in the same lake. Out of the 20 or so tigers that have made the state record list over the last 25 years, Quincy had like 18 of them. Ive fished there several times but ive never even seen one in there! And thats the site I found the stock tanks at. Which one do you think would be the best? The steel or the other material?

I would go with the Rubbermade or polyethylene, looking them over though they are all around 2' deep and I still think that's a bit on the shallow side.

yea go for it, if he gets too big eat him, be sure you have a top on there, they will jump. I have seen them live freshwater scuba diving, they lay on the bottom in cold dark water, they fear nothing, northern walleye you never see or you just see a dart cause they are chicken, muskie know they rule
