Tank size for Channa Pulchara?

Hi all. I will be getting a 24gal 30"by15"by15" tank soon and want to know if it will be big enough for a pair. Any help gladly recieved.

how big will they be when you get them? .. it wont be good enough for life for sure. they need a bit more space to claim territory i do believe. they will get to like .. 8-12" if i remember correctly and will need more room to move and hide from each other etc

They are an 8" breeding pair if that helps.

yes there are lots of channa that will be ok at room temp,ive got a lot of channa gachua fry for sale at the minute and i keep them at room temp,and your tank would be big enough to hold a group of them till a pair formed.

Areb these the ones known as srilankan royal blue channa? is so i'd be keen to buy a group should the price be ok
