what would be the minimum size tank for either LMB, crappie or bluegill or a mixture of these.

i am fixing to have an empty 94 gal and am thinking of going with a native setup

any ideas/suggestions??

i would think it would work for the crappie and blue gill but not the lmb in the long run

Definately not a lmb. U can keep them until a good 20" i think but it needs at least 500gal per fish. And i think some1 on this fourm had a bass break his tank and 125 gallons on your floor is not good at all

Assuming that the LMB would live till he's a full grown giant, then you would need like a pond or a pool of some sort.

Or you can do what I do , but I dont recommend it unless you have a back up source.

You can keep the LMB in your 94 G tank and when it gets to big then have a friend or someone with a bigger tank or pond take him off your hands.

If you dont have a friend with a bigger tank or a pond to give to , then I wouldn't get one.

Bluegill and Crappie would be nice for a 94 G tank. Although Bluegills do get big as well.

I would keep away from the any Bass in general and stick to Sunfish's, like Longears,Pumpkinseeds, Bluegills,Redears, etc.

Also, if you ever want to get a catfish, whatever you do....DONT and I mean DONT get a Channel Cat!!!!

They will outgrow your 94 G tank in no time  I have a 75 G tank and he's become an 11 inch godzilla.

I would stick to the Madtoms in regards to catfish.

With Natives....There are so many ways to go....Goodluck
