tank size?

i am going to get a shoal of 6 clown loaches and am wondering what size tank i will need for them when there fully grown

I would agree that a 6ft tank is necessary when they are fully grown. I would also add that depending on what other fish will be kept with them, you could keep them in a 55 gallon tank for a few years. Clowns grow fast in the beginning and then the rate of growth slows down considerably. It could be upwards of 10 years for them to be fully grown.
 
well i was thinking of buyin about 10-15 then as they grow thining out and keepng the nicest fish so if what size tank would i need to keep that amont in till about 6-8 inches
 
You could maybe have 8, but just having 6 in a 6X2 would give them more room

75g is a good start for juveniles ranging 3-5 inches although the bigger, the better. In the end you will want a 180 for a group of 15. Good luck!
