Not sure if this is ment to go in the Setup/ Filtetion bit , please move if it is .

Ment to be getting a 8x2.2x2 foot 300Gal tank soon put thing have changed agian :( and now i will have to get a 7x2.5x2 foot or posibly/ hopfully a 7x3x3 foot tank .

But could i still get a Silver Awo' and or a Lima Cat' to go in there with my current fish ?

The 7' x 3' x 3' you could

Thanks . Hopfully if eveything is ok i can get the tank ordered the begin of next month .

Also both the fish or just one ? If just one which one would you go with ?

Hey I have a 4 X 1.5 X 2 foot tank in which a have kept a pearl arowana. it is roughly around 1 feet long. will it be a problem if i keep it in this tank for long? or is it ok for a pearl arowana?

Max size the Pearl Aro' is 35.5inch according to a couple of Website so i would deffently get a large tank for him .

You will need to upgrade as it grows to at least a 6x2x2 tank, as your Arowana can reach 90cm in size.

To the original poster, either of the tanks you have mentioned you could keep a Silver Aro in, the 7x2.5x2 lasting you a couple of years and the 7x3x3 being more suited to keeping the fish in for life. A Lima Shovelnose could go in either, as their maximum size is 60cm.

both sizes are fine ... in fact 7'x3' width is actually better than 8'x2' imo

thank you , do you you think i should get both the Lima Cat' and the Silver Awo' or just one of them ? Which one if just one would be best ?

The fish in my Sig' will be going in to the 7foot tank apart from the Synodontis Eupterus which will be staying in the my current 4foot tank .
