getting a divorce , so i get to break down my 240g moving into a apartment and its killing me to part with fish . I have a 75g would love to keep my tig, do you think its possible , or am i dreaming.

Depends how big your tigrinus is. if it is more than 16" I would say you a dreaming, but if it is less, and you have excellent filteration and water maintainance, then I say go for it, just be careful about it running it's nose into the side glass.
X2 on the ground floor apt unless they have tank restrictions, but you may be able to find a complex that dosent
