What would be the min tank size for an Arowana, I have a 120 gal 60x18x26, with one 6 in Oscar in it.

what kind of aro

silvers need about 200+ gallons depending on footprint, tank should be at least 30" wide

jardini could live in a 180

foget the amount of gals they mean nothing its the dimentions that count

min lenght for a silver aro 6ft min width 30inch depth is not that impotant

IMO no matter what type, should be kept in a tank that has a length 3x the aros length and the depth/width should be at least equal to the aros length.

You could house an arowana up to 18" comfortably in that 120 you have. I myself have a 11" black aro in the same size 120 gallon you have. But with all arowanas you will need to eventually get it into a huge tank.

how bout asian arowan, what do you think is the suitable tank size for them (minimum)?

I beleive the asain aros should be kept in similar type tanks, at least 3x the length and 1x the width. I don't own or have never seen an asian in a home aquarium, so this opinion is based on jardinis that I have observed in home aquariums.

Possibly a Black......dont quote me on this though (Possibly)
