I am looking for a good set of plans to build my own aquarium stand. 20Gallon -- 75Gallon

Personally I would say that stand is way too overbuilt for a 75 down. Make it more simplistic, there really isn't a need for a stand that heavy duty, until you are over 100 gallons IMO.
