Tank stocking help

[Broxton]

For a 40 gallon
This is what I got so far
3 Platys ( male to female ratio)
A school of 12 tetras (Idk what kind yet)
5 Kuhli Loaches
6 Otos!
A pair of rams (female/male,female/female can rams get aggresive?)
1-4 other larger fish comment!
