Tank testing?

I just got my 135 gal tank and want to test it before I set it up. My question is could I test it on the garage floor(cement) as my stand is very heavy and already in the house. The floor is decently level but not perfectly flat. Could I just throw a sheet of plywood down and 1" styrofoam and fill it up and leave it for a day? Tank is all glass

Seems like a good way to test the tank, but to be safe I would test it on the stand that it is intended to sit on.

I think the plywood and foam is sufficient
