Hi, I need replacement trim for my 125 gallon tank 18 x 72. Does anyone know were i cant get this from? Thanks in advance.

If you know the MFR, you could call them and possibly get a replacement. OR, you could go to a LFS and have them "Possibly" order you one...

Your best bet is to find out the manufacture and contact them. About 10 years ago I had a 45 tall and need a new trim. My lfs could not order it for me. I didn't actually get the trim I just went rimless.
