Tank up and Running!

Hey MFK!

Just wanted to say, my tank is up and running. 55 gallon, cycled, and heater at 86.7 right now. Stock list:

1 Delhezi Bichir
2 Leopard Bush Fish

Any opinions or tips? Should I get 2 leopard bush fish?

OMG. My tank has been cycling for at least 12 weeks. The nitrite is at .25. The last 2 tests in the past week has came back at 0 Nitrite. Ammonia is 0, btw. Do I wait for it to go down more. I am starting to get impatient ?

False alarm. I retested. It is at 0 ppm Nitrite ?

Nitrate is between 0-10. Prob around 5.ammonia 0 and Nitrite 0

I started off with like 10 and I'm down to 2. Only get 1, me and dr exum have a similar scenario when it came to these fish.

I tried 3, years ago they were good till they got about 3" then they started fighting.
