Tank Upgrade!

I went ahead and upgraded to a 29 gallon along with a Fluval 307, sponge filter, wave-maker, and a much more natural decor....also painted the back! I'll get a 50-60 gallon when he hits around 4-5" but wanted to get a start! Very happy with the setup! Drilled some holes for the Fluval piping to have a nice straight shot. Just need to zip-tie and organize some cords now.

I do feel like my 480 GPH wave-maker is a little strong though....how much current do GT's like?

Finally got a glass lid and a "real" light. WOWWWW! So much better than the bright blaring white LED that came with the tank/lid.

Finally got some real driftwood! Boiled it 4 times and will grab some Purigen to be safe! Gonna change the rocks around a bit and maybe add some smaller ones and remove one of the large. So much better than the fake stuff!

OK last try at this lol….That wood was too dark! Finally got it right! Finally what I had pictured! This takes a few times apparently!

What kind of heater could I get that doesn’t stand out so much?
