tank with out p skimmer

hi guys tina and i got a polyp after chatting to a few of yous about p skimmers.when i got it home i found one end was loss from the rock so i fragged twp peices of it, here are a few pics

the way there contracting could be aiptasia stinging them, sundial snails eating them, spider eating zoanthids, or nudibranches monitor them carefully for signs of stress and in those area's check for snails or anything out of the ordinary

is this the first time you put them in your tank from getting them?
if so that is probably why they are shut they just need to adjust to you water settings they are stressed but they more than likely relax very nice!
