I'm in a second floor condo and have a 55 and a 90 on adjecent walls. I might pick up a 120 4ft tomorrow. So my question is do u guys think I'm pushing it with the weight issue?

Which way do the floor joists go? If you figure a 4x8' waterbed w/6 inches of water in it is pretty much 120 gallons....

However, HEIGHT is your killer here. You might be pushing your luck. The more water vertically in one spot you have, the worse you are for floor loading. You also obviously don't want it in the middle of the room.

shout out to worcester! i miss the palladium ...................

if you go with the new tank, i would say place it in a different room. unless you know which way the joists are going, you could overload a joist and i'm not saying you would fall through, but you could definitely bow the joists and totally damage the floors.

Thanks guys and the height doesn't change cause I have a 90 there now but the width will increase. I might ask the guy below me to get in his condo to see whice way the floor joist go.
