i have 18" silver arowana.8" jardini arowan and 5" sb flower horn in my 90gallon 3 baby oscar in 30gallon tank.and my 300gallon fish tank coming in next week.
my friend want to sale for me 16" california gar and 8" rainbow snakehead and a baby motoro stingray(store).
can gar, snakehead, stingray and oscar house with my arowana and flowerhorn?
please give me advise and what other fish can go with my fish.

That's already way overstocked for just a 300 gallon. Oscars gets 14 in full grown each, arowana hit a couple feet, and rays need their space to chill . I wouldnt look at getting anymore fish dude. What are the dimensions of the tank btw? Maybe someone else has a different opinion though. I would definitely leave the jar by itself though because they're a mean fish those things

Are you keeping any of the smaller fish in the smaller tanks? Like the Jardini and the flowerhorn. I wouldn't put the Jardini with anything or the flowerhorn.

As long as there is a back up plan with the Jardini it doesn't hurt to try. I have had luck with mine. I wouldn't put it with a flower horn though. As fat as stock I have no idea how the above poster can say that's overstocked, not even close imo.

Well when fully grown I would consider it overstocked if he got the gar (thought he said 2 at first my bad), jar & silver, 3 oscars, and motoro, depending on footprint might be a little tight for me, but like I said its up for opinion. I wouldn't do the snake head and oscars though. If the oscars are really babies might be a snack to the silver and the rainbow I don't think could hang for life seeing as I've read them staying relatively small.

Flowerhorns just have a bad rap, they really can be kept with other fish people, My male is with 6 fish and 5 rays right now was with 9 fish and 7 rays before I put a divider in for some feeding issues

i wouldnt consider this "overstocked" but i also wouldnt add anymore fish, as for flowerhorns, the above post has a good point, many people have had good luck with flowers in comm tanks, but this is not always the case, to the OP give this stock a try, but have a back up for the Jar as thats the only fish i really dont see working in this tank

I do not think its overstocked at all, but it has to be very well filtered offcoure. I gues you already know so. As to add a ray to the tank i dont see the problem, atleast stockwise. The rays will be on the bottom, the flower and oscars in the middle, and the arros on top, great if you ask me. About flower aggression i have no clue, but rays are not normaly attacked, more common the other way around.

If you want more fish, get more fish
It's your tank!
