If so your ****ed!
That is WAY too many fish in a 75 in the first place let alone all of them ae messy/aggressive fish who especially at night WILL stress your ray. Watch your water conditions and for aggression, but of course you most likely wont see it because mnost of those fish are noctornal.
Id take everthing out exept maybe the gar or arro....

the tsn too? I dont have anything big enough for him same go for rtc and ck. im getting a bigger tank soon so that will help.
You may not have a ray left by the time you get a new tank.

That is a lot of fish for that tank, but I have seen worse. As long as you have adaquite filtration you should be find for a short period of time.
With as many big fish as you have, I would advise you to go out and get a 300gl rubbermaid tub for all your guys.
As far as the tank mates IMO it should be fine. Your ray is big, nothing should really bother it, and if any fish is gonna bother another it would be the rays bothering the other fish cause that is how it has always been for me with all 6 rays I have kept.
