Is any kind of pleco a good tankmate for a snowflake eel.

I am not sure that any are truely suitable but there are three hypostomus species that will do nicely in the salinity requires if adapted over the course of several days, they are
the common pleco (Hypostomus plecostomus) to 20+"
the H. punctatus 12"
and the Amored cat (H. watwata) 18", this one is commonly found in brackish waters.

the snowflake eel is practically a saltwater fish, I wouldn't bother with any pleco, on the same basis guppy mentions.

Nope.
A snowflake is likley to kill a pleco, or die trying to swallow it.
Plus IME snowflakes NEED saltwater.
