Hey whats up everyone? I am new to the MFK forum. I have had a variety of monster fish for the past ten years and it has become a real hobby for me as I used to worked in a fish only store for many years.

I have a 150 gallon tank (48x24x30) and I want to get another Jardni Arowana since my last 12in once passed away several years ago on me.

I am looking to purchase a 6-7 inch Jardini but I would like to get some opinions on my tankmates.

I have a breeding pair of 6-8" Managese, 3 10" Pacus, 3 6-7" Silver Dollars, 6" Peacock Bass, 3" Green Severum, 3" Uaru, Syndotis and Wood Cats.

I have the breeding pair of Managese seperated with a tank seperater. I have had this pair for 4 years or so and they havent been known to kill other fish only push them away.

I would like to get some feedback on my tank and whether or not a Jardini is suitable for this tank. Thanks a lot

You should always keep an extra tank :| all jars seem innocent when they are that size(6in"~~) then they start bullying unless you somehow get lucky and have a community jar :)

Have my 9"r w/ 5 PBass all around 5-6". 2 Endlicheri 6" and 10". Also worked and swam together w/ my Leichardti. You just have to keep a good eye on em. I'm always staring at my tank and he has stalked the PBass but nothing serious.

i think ur 150gallon is good for some of ur fish choice....

like the pbass, maganese... but other small fish like silver dollar might not be such a great choice..

WIll be food for pbass.....

but jardini growth rate are very slow.. more so than silvers.. so u gotta take account of that and match it with tankmates that grow slow too..

good luck..

And i recommend Fei Feng!!! i have one with my jardini and its getting along

bottom dwellers and mid dwellers would work but not all
