Tankmates for C. Regani pair

Hi I am going to be purchasing a pair of C. Regani in a few months and i was wondering if I could keep these fish with them in a biotope type setup.

10 Corydoras Sterbai
10 of some tall bodied tetra
Maybe a pleco or a few large Otos

Oh sorry i forgot that its 36 by 15 by 16 I have 225 gph of filtration

The stock will work but would personally add a Bristlenose Pleco.

Does anyone know some taller bodied tetras I could put in the tank?

Could I also be able to fit 1 or 2 Bolivian Rams in the tank. I think i am going to go with diamond tetras because they like to dwell higher up I wish I could do hatchets but the tank is semi closed so i cant do floating plants.
