I am going to be moving my female dovii to a 100g pretty soon and was wondering what other fish i could put with her. I dont want a male dovii. she is only 7" right now. I plan on keeping her with something in that tank for life. The tank is 6' and is running on a sump and i do water changes every week. If you could include pics that would be great.

WHat i was thinking was a male jag or a male red devil or a pair of red terrors or trimac. If you guys have any other opinions that would be great. whatever i get will come from jeff rapps.
A m/f pair of salvini would compalment the the patern of your jag and would not take up a bunch of space. You might not be able to find them big enough though males grow to 10 inches and femals 6 or 7.

My bad it would still look really good. Any of parachromis family with the ecception of a m dovii will work with these guys and the all look good together. Sorry for the mix up.
I would try male red devil as slightly smaller and less aggressive USUALLY than a Red Terror . Remember female dovii can get 15" more like 12" and be as aggressive as males so best to try before she gets to set in her ways. I have female dovii too plus some good album pics may help
Hey it's ok. I like how they look. Will a trimac work with a female dovii. She is aggressive. Right now she is sitting in a 40 gallon and if I put goldfish in there she destroys them. I hear her it them from another room.
