Hello, I have a 150 gallon tank going at my house right now but i feel it might be abit empty looking lol also my texas cichlid has a cut mark on his side and i dont know who did it. my tank is currently stocked with an 8 inch male texas cichlid, a 4 inch blood parrot female and a 14 inch clown knife, wondering if anyone had any suggestions on something not too big i can add to the tank? also is it possible my clown knife attacked my texas? if so would dither fish help? sorry for all the questions lol

that could be the case also didnt think of that, definitely a possibility

Can you post a picture of the texas? It's possible it was bitten by the knife, or scraped on something.
A clown knife can reach around 3' long eventually. If you plan on keeping the knife, your tank is already overstocked. If you don't plan on upgrading, I would sell the knife and then you would have a little room for a few more fish.

My clown knives turned murderous at night. Both were over 22" and I would find triangle shaped bites in tankmates every morning.

I plan on keeping the knife for another few months maybe then rehoming, as for the picture I will get one in the morning, to be fair I've never seen the knife attack anything so it's possible it could be scratched on something cinsidering hes been more skiddish the last little while
