So in my 180 gallon tank i currently have a marble motoro about 5 inches (main fish), a silver arowana about 8 inches, a mono peacock bass about 8 inches, and a geophagus eartheater about 4 inches. Looking for some more tank mates. Any suggestions?

he isnt meaning now...its only a 180 and you have fish that are going to out grow it soon.
but as far as tank mates..i would get rays..of course.

Tinfoil barbs (all variants - twinbar, yellowfin, red tail,etc)
Silver Dollars (all variants)
Geophagus
Datnoids
Arowana
Bichirs (with caution)
Discus
Angelfish
Docile Cichlids
Gars
Dorado
the list goes on and on but with each it's a case by case situation.

Go to your local pet shop and ask them/ see what they can get in, if your feeding your fish properly they will out grow that tank in a year

Sounds like your pretty well stocked with some great fish by the way. My suggestion would be to just focus on nutrition and keeping everyone in the tank happy and healthy.
