I've got a dempsey, green terror and severum. I want to add a red terror into the mix ? thumbs up or down ?

If the tank is big enough, there should be no problem. Another good method would be to take the other fish out, rearrange the decor and then add all the fish (including the red terror). That way the other fish dont have established territory and there is less of a chance of violence between the fish.
