I have 3 balas (about 3 inches each), 1 ck (4-5 inches), 1 gold severum (2.5 inches), 1 senegal bichir (3 inches). So far, so good. No problems at all. Will a pink kisser about the size of the severum work? I've been reading on these fish and it seems as if they are aggressive. I don't want it killing off my clown knife, severum, bichir or balas.

yea roughly the same not as tall usually as the severums (i don't see too many full grown kissers around here but do see a lot of severums) i believe expect roughly 12in for both full grown.
as for the algae yes they do eat it but i'm not sure if it alone would be enough to control the growth. (never tried it) and not sure how much algae you have in your tank.
i'd say more than likely they'd leave it alone at close to the same size, but the ck grows faster than these guys and you'd want to keep an eye on that, i've kept them with tetras and many other "peaceful" fish no problems (i've also done the severum mix and no problems)
