I have my ornate bichur picking on my delhenzi bichur out of nowhere they were getting along for a while and he wouldn’t pick on anyone so you think it can be a maturity thing or something cause it’s rather odd for him I added some amazon puffers in the tank but they don’t go in his territory or bug him at all

The lack of grammar in your post makes it hard to understand.
Ornate bichirs are huge d***s, and tend to fight with anything.
I would remove those Amazon puffers, as not only will they peck at the bichirs, if the bichirs decided that they're gonna eat the puffers, it won't end well.
What size is the tank? Remember that territorial fish like bichirs need plenty of space.
And just because you haven't seen them bugging him, it doesn't mean they don't

Most fish don’t show their true colors until they age a bit.
Definitely pull those puffers - they are small enough to be easy food. Combine that with deadly toxin and all you get is a dead bichir and dead puffer.

As others stated you need to remove those puffers they will be eaten at some point.

Tank size is probably a big factor with your bichir's aggression. You likely need to rehome one, or upgrade to a bigger tank.
