TAP or RO/DI for Water changes?...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I do. For my fresh and marine tanks

I do and have found that it's a must for SW,
I use VERY hard tap water for my FW systems with minimal issues.

I do for my BW tank and for top offs. I have found that using it for top offs keeps the TDS and gH/kH at the relative same level between water changes (see: evaporation).

Oh yeah, I also use it in conjunction with SeaChem's Equilibrium for my upcoming shrimp tank (right now home to some giant danios).

Tap for me never have the time to filter it before hand or i would
