Hey, I'm not sure if anyone has done this since I thought of it a few weeks ago and it seems to be working. To prevent aggression in my tank for my Aro's, I taped fake plants upside down onto the lid of my tank. This leaves a few plant vines (I don't know what to call it) hanging randomly at the top of the tank. If one Aro decides to take a bit at another, this makes it sort of a "swim-way" (like a walk way) that only one Aro can go through at once. It blocks the other fish from making a move. It actually looks pretty cool too and has worked and helped me put two silvers and a jardini into the same tank.

If anyone trys this out, please share info as this might be a cool step to allow multiple Aro's in the same tank.. who knows?

This may be useful to you. I recently just added another aro into this com and it's terrorising the whole com. I'm using this method as before to bring down the aggression. Key point is if they get to see each one another that obvious, the fight wont likely to break out that frequent.

Fantastic aros koji

I put alot of floating vines, lili pads and other plant to decrease the aggression in my community silver arowanas. The agression seemed to improve a bit as time went on and removed the plants and there was even less fighting. I added some plants back and they started fighting again. As of now it seems to be worse with floating plants.
