Target fish for breeding lyonsi

I am getting a small male lyonsi this weekend. I'm hoping to one day breed these beautiful fish. What would be a good target fish to keep aggression away from the female? I was thinking HRP? Tank is 90 (small I know, but lyonsi have been bred in 75s before) tank mates already are 7 small clown loaches and a gold nugget pleco.

Maybe a bunch of Giant Danios? Some will probably get eaten/wiped out, but they're quick and won't harm anything. Very cheap cheap and easily replaceable as well.

hrp,or maybe a female convict.pleco and loaches will eat eggs i think.do you have a female already? i would try to get a few lyonsi so they can pair on their own.my experience has been that the pair would be more comfortable in the tank without bottom fish to worry about or disturb any breeding.i would try 3 SD instead
