I'm not sure how many people on this forum have newts, especially Taricha granulosa, but I am looking for a male. Now, before I get wrecked with people saying I'm an idiot because they are a protected species and you can not buy or sell wild caught specimens, that only applies to recently caught specimens. So if you have had your T. granulosa for a few years (i think its been about 4 or 5 since the ban) than I would be very interested in buying it from you. But ideally I would prefer a captive bred male if thats an option.
The common name for these beauties is Rough skinned newts, but as we all know common names are garbage, and in this instance there are at least 2 species that go by that name. So if you are interested in selling me yours, please include some pictures so that I can look and determine it is the same as my 2 females. I am willing to drive a while to pick the boy up, but overnight shipping is ok.
