Tasty Flowerhorn Fry

So one of my Kelberi from Rapp's 3rd batch wasn't getting any food when I mixed him in with everyone else, so today, I decided I'd put in a separator and feed him on his own. I threw in about 15 fry from a recent flowerhorn spawn. They were probably almost a half inch each. Anyway, he's loving the tasty flowerhorn fry. I think I'm going to have to feed him separately because he's just not big enough to really compete and gets picked on if he eats anything.

congrats on getting him eating on his own, just beef him up and feed him seperately till his big enough to hang with the big boys..

Thanks. That's what I intend to do. he was eating plenty before he got mixed in. The other Kelberi is doing fine with the bigger guys though.

I hope I can use them for feeders a lot more cause they lay eggs every 6 to 8 weeks and lots of them. I'm guessing as the female grows the clutches will too. FREE FEEDERS!!!
