i will be getting a red tailed payara soon but how am i going to feed it my yellow tail barracuda and needle nosed gar are both on thawed silver sides and krill and my powerhead makes the krill look like their swimming but should i try giveing him krill first and hope he eats it or should i just get feeder fish?

My tats go after and eat freeze dried krill every now and then so you just might have a bit of luck getting your tat to eat it pretty quickly.How many tats are you going to get?
with your "teacher" fish in there, i would see if he starts going for the krill
if he dosnt in a few days, then give him a feeder or 2. JMO
