druu thank you I asked because I have one and thats what it looks like its pink with blue dots and now its loosing its color its about 12inches. where can I get more info about this fish. And I have pictures Idont know how to post them PLEASE HELP.

all tattooed fish lose color eventually. Not a good idea to buy them. There are many tilapia species, post a pic of yours
