Tats and friends

I have just put a deposit down on two Tats as they don't come into the UK very often to my knowedge. I'm selling one of my piranhas to own these beautiful fish! They are about 4-5" long and feed on cockles already, which is good news.
My question is, what to put with these guys. My thoughts were Wimpels (Catoprion Mento) or Silver Dollars?
Any suggestions please?
I have my eye on a pair of Motoro's which are in my LFS and about 6" disc. They would look nice together I thought!

A lot of pe4ople do Payara/ African tiger fish combos which I think is pretty awesome. Sometimes it doesnt work out and you end up losing a decently expensive fish. The motoro would be really nice as well but I would throw something else in there for the upper level of water.

with tats u could do almost anything that is about the same size.

rays, aros, gars, cats, polys, the list goes on and on

Watch them rays.....I lost a 6in Tat to a 8in disked Motoro. Think it just depends on the fish....I know they were fine for months then one day......

I'm sure many had no troubles....... but I did. Just had my Armatus roughed up by a ray too....... Pretty decent size difference there though.

i'd add silver fish to deter the aggression from each other.

I would risk it with the mento.. I think he could attack them and eat their scales.
