Tattoo removal or fading products?

Im asking for recommendation for a cost effective tattoo removal or fading product. I have a very common eagle tattoo i got 9 years ago that im unhappy with but its too dark for a nice coverup.

put a black rectangle over the tattoo and put a new tatto on the black canvas. or use duct tape and peel of the old tatto;

OK. I don't have a tattoo, or know anything about them, so forgive me if this is a stupid question....But, is that for real?

Pics would help. You may be able to do a coverup still, depending on the size. I wouldn't go through with fading products.

i am also curious about tattoo fading creams.. Anyone here ever used them?

Pic didnt load i guess. I already have a good cover that shoud be fine but i just want it to look as good as possible. Ive always been interested in tattoos so i rushed out and got one when i turned 18 and i see it everywhere. I want something only i have them ill start working on my sleeve
