Uncle Sam gas been nice enough to give me 10,500 dollars this year. Gonna get the wife a used Honda van, do a few house updates, catch up bills, and best of all a new tank, my first saltwater setup. Anyone else gotta big return with plans at a lfs?

Geeez ten grand.I never get back that kind of money but at least I don't owe any money either.Personally I would put some of that towards another investment property but I like your plans also....Enjoy!

By the time I am done paying off the credit card with the return...maybe a couple of guppies.:thumbup:. But I guess it isn't so bad the return is paying off the 600 gallon.:D
 
I have three kids, a handicapped brother, and my stay at home wife all living with me that I claim. I also invest heavily into my 401k which reduces what I claim as taxable income. Little under $30,000 taxable this past year, add in a few other factors and they give back three times what I paid. Let me add in that theres nothing better than a large, well lit, aquarium to get a baby or toddler to sleep.

I wasn't allowed to get a new tank. Wife barely agreed to let me have the one. But did get a new LED fixture, glass canopy, huge piece of driftwood, and a Leopard cactus pleco. Next year I will get a 125 gallon. My little babies will be ready to move up by then.
