best bet be almost any lfs...
 
Your best bet, IMO, would be with a nice ~8" Motoro. Hardy as hell, easy to care for, and get a lot smaller than a lot of "teacup" rays.

ive only been working there for a few months

expansion is coming along good and the shop looks great stop by some time
get in touch with Tank125 ? maybe hes from Ct and has alot of great rays from what ive seen on the forum
 
tank125 has some nice rays
not sure if there were any teacups but there were "others"

Thanks for the post and the offer, but I'd like to start off with something smaller, say like a 4, 5 or 6" ray. I only have an 18" width, so smaller is better
for me...once again thanks.

Someone please help me...:D
