tea cup rays

i cant find any info on these guys and would love to keep one or three. can any one point me in the right direction on caring for them also how toxic are these rays(im not going to be sticking my hands in but still)

teacup is general term for small rays.... 99% of the time they are reticulata read the profiles sticky and the thread on why stingrays die.... any specific questions can be answered later...
