teacup ray advice please

anyone ever owned teacup rays?
if so can you answer these questions?

1. Are they easy to care for?
2. Do they have big appetites?
3. (stupid question- sorry) has anyone been stung by a teacup ray or any other ray? i fo what do you do? and is it painful?
