teacup sting ray died

i woke up to day to find my first tea cup stingray had died. i got it on monday. Can you give me any sugestions.

must be somthing wrong with your water

did you test the water?
what size tank?
what was in the tank?
substrate?
have you used any treatments?
what condition was the ray in when you got it?
did it eat?

sorry for your loss. Was it shipped in? check your water perams, if it was shipped in I'm sure there is something you can work out with the shipper.

Sorry for your loss, same happened to me. I complained to the shop and they gave me another one.

Very sorry for your loss but more info is definatly needed, like tank size, water params, tankmates etc...
